War Dogs Constitution

1. Any member may game with who they wish, so long as another member is not alienated or forced to game by him/herself
2. Any non member may run with the pack so long as a member is not alienated to keep a non-member in the party.
3. Any member that leaves the clan on good terms may return with no recruitment period.
4. All members have the right to apply for officer titles.
5. All officers have the right to step down from their post to be a member.
6. Any member has the right to leave in the middle of a game with good reason with no concern of repprocussion.
7. A squad of members has the right to leave a room for any reason so long as the majority agrees.
8. Any member may talk any trash they wish to anyone that "fires the first shot", with no concern of repprocussion.
9. No member is obligated to get on any game more than 8 times per month, unless there is a specific duty that they have committed to.
10. Members of a squad have the right to override a superiors stratagy, ONLY if the stratagy has been employed and failed.
11. Generals are promoted to their rank by the vote of Commanders from the current Commander rank.
12. Commanders gain their rank by being voted in by Leiutenants from the current Leiutenants rank.
13. There will never be more than 3 Generals, 5 Commanders, and 7 Lieutenants on any single game. If more officers are needed because of the number of clan members, the members will vote to promote Sargents. Only the Generals may institute the Sargent rank to be instituted by a vote between the three.
14. All members are expected to respect rank.
15. Any member that is discharged by the clan may not return. Only a majority vote of each officer class may override this regulation.
16. Any member can recruit .
17. All members must be willing to play any game mode.
18. All members must be willing to participate in clan battle/challenges/ops
19. Recruits will not have a vote in any clan decisions until they are members.
20. Recruits must remain recruits for no less than 1 week time period. This time period should be extended for those recruits that are not on the game(s) very often.
21. Recruits graduate to members when there are no less than 5 members that are willing to support their membership. As the number of members increase, the number needed to support the recruits for memberships will also increase.
22. Officers may lose their rank by a majority vote of the officers above them. They may also lose their rank by a greater than two thirds vote of the ranks below them.
